"I made my first  chocolate cake when I was 5 years old.........I was hooked!!!!!"

Julie started off with a successful wholesale business in Melbourne. "I really loved creating the one off designs for weddings, birthdays and events" - Deciding to step away from the wholesale cakes, Julie followed her passion.

With her husbands job moving the family to Brisbane in 2000. Julie has since become Brisbane's Boutique Cake Designer, featured in exclusive magazines both in Brisbane and Melbourne.

Julie has a Diploma in Art and Design and 30 years experience. Her style is unique and very distinctive, whether it's her chocolate work, hand painted motifs or use of fresh flowers and textured icing. There is always a special and individual quality to her creations, a reflection of her flair for design which makes her work visually dynamic and a stand out in the industry.
