150 fresh roses

Had a really busy weekend, starting with Friday night at the Rugby Club on Eagle st pier. It took 150 fresh roses to

decorate this 4 tiered cake. It looked simply stunning by the time I finished, taking me 2 hours to place the roses in between the tiers. Kate wanted it textured looking, not uniform or perfect looking. Thats why I did a mix of roses supplied by Glenda Pradella. I used Parfume de grande roses & peonies. It was the first week of the season for peonies so I was lucky to get any!,they were just heaven.The perfume was amazing and the bride & groom were thrilled with the look I created for them!!
