Butterfly Baptism Cake!

Little baby Megan is a very  special little girl!...a very, very special little girl and I have to say sooooo cute. This butterfly cake was exactly what Katherine wanted. She was

so excited that I could do the baptism cake. Katherine had seen the design on my web site so we just needed to chat about the size as it was going to be for dessert. Katherine loved the chocolate almond truffle cake which is a fabulous dessert cake served with either cream or a coulis or fresh strawberries.

 The event was held at an Italian restaurant in Sunnybank called Cucina. I had a lot of fun talking to the chef/owner as he was from Melbourne (my home town) and had a wonderful restaurant in Carlton for over 30 years. We are very lucky to have him here in Brisbane. I cant wait to go back and have a meal there, the food looked amazing!
