Chocolate Flower Birthday Cake

A stunning 30th birthday cake for Michelle. Michelle came over to discuss her birthday cake with me as Jaron (Michelles husband) wasnt exactly sure what Michelle would like. We ended up with

a gorgeous design with pinks ,purples, orange and the detailing done in silver. I hand coloured different shades of pinks along with light and dark purples. The colours were beautiful, especially with the orange tones as well. I used the silver edible pearls for the centres to highlight the flowers. Michelles name was hand pipped in the dark purple chocolate which looked fabulous against the white chocolate plaque.

Michelle had a cocktail affair at Montrachet, where all her guests enjoyed beautiful food and a divine setting..... I love Montrachet!
