Chocolate Heaven!

I am in chocolate Heaven. I am currently in Melbourne doing a Chocolatiers course at the Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School in Brunswick. Learning alot of different techniques working with my ultimate medium....

chocolate!!!  I am having sooo much fun playing with chocolates! (although I also feel like my brain is going to explode trying to absorb all the info) I feel very humbled to be working with internationally trained and award winning chefs, Kirsten Tibbals and Paul Kennedy, who are highly skilled proffesionals. I am enjoying every part of the course and am getting to eat heaps of chocolate....how much better can it get!!!!!!  Here are some pics for you to check out, there will be more to follow!!!
