Classic Elegance!

This is a gorgeous cake, very simple but very elegant. I love fresh flowers and the roses worked so well with the

freshias. The perfume was wonderful too. Louise and her fiance Greame were having their reception at Era at sth Bank.Louise wanted to have the textured icing which is part of my DIY Couture range of cakes and she also loved the tall stacked look. Its very classic but has a contempory twist with the smooth textured icing. I worked in with Louises florist to get the flowers and they were  beautiful. Voila! an elegant look with gorgeous fresh flowers.
