Individual Chocolate Boxes

 Marion knew exactly what she wanted, she had seen the 10 tier individual chocolate boxes I had done at Giannis Portside. A stunning cake for Michelle and Joran, definitely a show stopper. Marion & Jeremy were having

an intimate gathering of about 28 guests. I made 32 chocolate boxes to make the cake stand 4 tiers.It was a beautiful job and looked really stunning in the private dining room at Bretts Wharf. All the chocolate boxes had my chocolate almond truffle cake inside them with dark chocolate ganache and white chocolate ganache as well. Then topped with white chocolate curls and shavings. Marion provided me with some initials to be placed in the top tier, it just looked fabulous. I was really pleased with the finished result, especially mounted on the mirrored base I had made.

It was the focal point of the room for all the guests to admire and look forward to as dessert!
