Japanese Cherry Blosom!!

This is one of the most difficult cakes I do and have only done a couple to date. The Japanese Cherry Blossom is gorgeous and something I would love to see in Japan one day! It is difficult because

I am painting black on white, which may not sound difficult and its not, in theory. I cant make a mistake as the branches are a single stroke, once its painted Im committed, I cant change it. I do love the hand painting though its a real challenge with the delicate blossoms. This cake was flying up to Hamilton Island and was having lovely pink roses on top. The bride and groom were thrilled!!
