Paul Kennedy-International Award Winning Chef

Paul Kennedy showed us many different techniques and his recipes were exciting and mouthwatering. I ate

 beautiful chocolates every day. Every Chef had their own signature chocolates ,which was wonderful to have them share their concepts and inspiration behind each recipe. I found Pauls Kennedys  creativity very inspiring as did all the class.

  Paul is Irish and needless to say there were a few funny stories told in between recipes!
