Teaching at Savour chocolate & Patisserie school!

      At Savour chocolate & patisserie school again teaching my signature heart cake. It was great to be back at Savour & it was a great class to teach. Everyone was very excited to be there & were very keen to get started working with chocolate!! The ladies did an amazing job with

their chocolate collars. Some of them had never attempted a collar before, so were very pleased with themselves & rightly so. It was lovely to see the end result & every cake had its own personal look!! I cant believe one of the ladies there came up to me & told me that  I had made her wedding cake about 15 years ago when we were living in Melbourne. I even remembered her name.. amazing. She even had a little picture of the wedding cake. It was lovely to see Jodie again & to see that she now has a passion for chocolate & cake decorating. 

       We all had a fabulous time & we all ate cake that I had brought down with me from Brisbane... I promissed the girls some of my chocolate almond truffle cake.. Yum!!  A great way to start & finish the class !! Well done ladies!!x
