Tiger Chocolates...Grrrrr!!!

A South African Theme was embraced when Kirsten designed this range of chocolates. They were so

beautiful to make, such rich exotic colours, I just couldnt get enough of them. Hand pipping all the Tiger stripes and Zebra pattern soon sorted out who had steady hands and who did not. There were some funny looking Tiger stripes! although the finished product always turned out fabulous..... My mind was racing onto Giraffe and Cheeta patterns, clearly I was inspired!!!

 With names like Safari, Zebra,Tiger Praline, Congo Bongo it was fantastic....I ate chocolate all day.....and I might add ,worked out on an exercise bike at the gym at night like a mad woman trying to burn off the calories!! I guess it was a perfect day!
