I designed this fabulous range of cakes for couples that want something simple, but elegant, no fuss just classic and elegant. The textured icing gives it a contemporary look, making them very stylish. I designed them so that you can have an organza ribbon around it and, if required, with fresh flowers.
I adore fresh flowers - the colours and perfume, they are just wonderful. I usually organise the flowers through the brides florist so they match the bouquets perfectly.
The use of edible gold or silver pearls can add a stylish touch or alternately chocolate decoration - hand piped hearts or flowers.
With my signature chocolate almond truffle cake - made with Lindt chocolate, almond meal, gorgeous vanilla bean textured icing and fresh flowers - Tres Tres Chic.
